Wow! This is amazing...not because of the crime, but because of the coverage of this type of violence and abuse towards people with disabilities in a mainstream media outlet. If only we would get similar coverage of this issue in the U.S. Most people in the U.S. aren't aware that 75-80% of people with disabilities in this country have been neglected or abused, either physically or sexually, at some time in their life...and yet its not even a topic of discussion. Why is that?
